Recently ELMAWRID attained a Microsoft Certified Partner status.

The competencies achieved includes: Information Worker Solutions Competency,
Portals and Collaboration Specialization, Enterprise Content Management &
Forms Specialization as well as
Networking Infrastructure Solutions Competency.

ELMAWRID successfully implemented a an Intranet Portal for Raslanuf Oil & Gas Processing Company (RASCO). The Portal is based on Microsoft SharePoint Services.
One of the challenges was integration with the payroll system by developing a WebPart that displays the user's payslip stored on an Oracle database.

Another success story was achieved by implementing a collaborative Intranet Portal for Waha Oil Company which is one of the majoroil companies owned by NOC - Libya.
The Intranet portal was based on Microsoft SharePoint Services.

ELMAWRID has succesfuly achieved the Microsoft Small Business Specialist designation

In 2001 ELMAWRID in conjunction with APTEC supplied a major local bank with various IT equipment which included Dell Optiplex PCs, HP Printers, Unix Servers. Elmawrid provided Installation and support services.

Recently a Corporate Intranet Portal for AGIP Oil Libya , was successfully deployed, to provide a company-wide infrastructure for publishing and sharing data and will utilise the latest Microsoft collaboration technologies.

ELMAWRID recently supplied and installed an Engineering CAD Centre for a local construction company. The CAD Centre included high performance engineering workstations, servers, plotter, printers and various other equipment. The turnkey project included supply, installation and network infrastructure preparation as well as training of select personnel.

LISCO ( Libyan Steal Company - based in Misaratah) acquired a desktop version of ELMAWRID Document Archiving Solution. The Installation was deployed as a prototype for a company wide future deployment
