Welcome to Community Health Services
Community Health Services was created in 1997 to align community initiatives across the Health System through program coordination, strategic planning and resource allocation. Today, we support and run several programs that create healthy communities, including Housing Bureau for Seniors, the Interpreter Services Program, Motor Meals of Ann Arbor, Volunteer Services, Patient & Visitor Hotel Accommodations, School-based Health Centers and Community Outreach Funding Opportunities.
By participating with local and state partners, Community Health Services capitalizes on the University of Michigan's resources and expertise to improve the health and quality of life in the communities we serve.
